A very British walk

2011 Edirisa Walk

2011 Edirisa Walk

The Chiltern Hills in the South East of England is the usual stomping ground for our annual Country Walk fundraiser, after all it is on the doorstep of our head office, and this year was no exception. The walk took us through the beautiful countryside around the villages of Ballinger Common and The Lee with the opportunity to pop into some beautiful and very old village chapels along the way, hop over numerous stiles and take in some lovely views.

The four mile walk finished in the grounds of Ballinger Farm for a cup of tea and some delicious cake. The weather was fine all the way through the walk and although it did threaten to rain once or twice, it remained dry and, at times, even sunny!

Thanks to all those who made the effort to come along and support Edirisa UK. We look forward to seeing you again next year.
